Strategic philanthropy is at the heart of Gilcrease Museum’s corporate giving program – the Business Art Alliance (BAA). Gilcrease Museum relies on its vital partnership with the corporate community to provide a foundation for operating support for our upcoming exhibits and for our educational programs at the museum and in communities throughout Oklahoma. Your support of BAA makes a bold statement to our community, underscoring the importance of Gilcrease Museum’s contribution to the economic development of Tulsa and to the cultural vitality of our community.

We work closely with our BAA members to build mutually beneficial partnerships that add value to our corporate partners’ bottom line while providing them with the opportunity to support their community. Some BAA partners enjoy the increased visibility provided by co-branding with Gilcrease. Others look forward to participating in our members’ only events and leveraging our partnership to entertain their employees, clients, and friends. Membership Levels

Gifts to BAA are fully tax deductible as permitted by law. Members at all levels receive two corporate membership cards which offer free general admission to the museum and discounts in our gift shop and restaurant. We also offer museum passes for you to share with your clients. BAA members receive exposure on our website and in our members magazine – which reaches more than 3,500 households and businesses. Additionally a 20% discount on a Family/Dual membership is available for your employees. We currently offer the following BAA membership levels:

Chairman: $25,000+
Executive: $15,000 – $24,999
Director: $10,000 – $14,999
Shareholder: $5,000 – $9,999
Investor: $2,500 – $4,999

Business Art Alliance members making leadership gifts of $5,000 and above have priority opportunities for facility usage and rental of the museum’s Helmerich Hall, Gilcrease Auditorium and Vista Room, and Helmerich Center for American Research. We encourage our BAA leaders to request an annual employee day and exclusive behind-the-scenes tours for your executive directors and clients.
