Debby Kaspari, artist, illustrator and designer, will speak.
In the tradition of old-school natural history artists, Debby Kaspari draws and paints at the source, from the Amazon canopy to the Oklahoma prairie. Kaspari shares her portfolio and stories of sketching rainforests in the company of entomologists, botanists, and tropical ecologists. Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Folio Editions: Art in the Service of Science.
From My Point of View is an informal presentation and audience participation is welcome. Bring a sack lunch to eat while you learn! (Note: Food/Drinks carried through the museum must be in closed containers.)
