General Admission
• $8 for adults
• $6 for seniors (62 and older)
• $6 for active duty members of the U.S. Military
• $6 per person for groups of 10 or more
• $5 for college students with valid ID
• Children 18 and under admitted free. • All Gilcrease Museum members are admitted free of charge and will also be allowed to purchase up to four guest passes at $4 each per visit.
• University of Tulsa students with ID are admitted free of charge.
• K-12th grade school tours as well as their sponsors and chaperones are admitted free of charge.
• Gilcrease will offer free admission to all visitors on the first Tuesday of each month (“TU TUesday”).
Parking
Gilcrease Museum has on site parking for 230 vehicles. Busses should park in the North parking lot in the designated bus parking area.
Audio Tours
Expand your knowledge and enjoyment of the American West Galleries by taking an audio tour. Acoustiguides are available at the Museum Shop.

Accessibility
The Museum and formal gardens provide barrier-free access. Wheelchairs and strollers are available at no charge at the Visitor Services Desk on a first come, first served basis. Private and special needs tours, as well as garden tours, can be arranged with three weeks prior reservations. Please contact 918.596.2737 or tours@utulsa.edu for information.
Package Policy
The following items must be left at the Visitor Services Desk before entering the museum galleries; large purses and bags, backpacks, diaper bags, food and drink, and umbrellas.
Photography No photography with cameras, video cameras or cell phones is allowed in the museum at any time. High quality reproductions of works in our collection are sold in the Museum Shop.
Sketching
Sketching and note taking – in pencil only – is permitted in the permanent collection galleries. Drawing or writing materials should be rested on a hand-carried surface or the sketcher’s lap. Sketchers must remain at least 18 inches away from art and gallery walls.
Tours
A docent-guided tour of the permanent collection is offered to the public daily at 2 p.m., and is free with paid Museum admission. Private group tours may be arranged through the Director of Education and Public Programs. Groups should consist of at least ten people and reservations should be made at least three weeks in advance. Gilcrease Museum Shop
Open during museum hours. The Museum Shop carries full-color reproductions of Gilcrease Museum paintings, reproduction bronzes, art and history books, jewelry, pottery, kachinas, baskets, and unusual gifts. For more information, please call (918) 596-2725.
Restaurant
The Restaurant is currently closed for remodeling and is expected to open again mid November.
Directions
Gilcrease Museum is located less than five minutes from downtown Tulsa and lies at a crossroad of several major expressways and highways.
Traveling west on I-244: Exit I-244 at U.S. 75 northbound. Take the Pine Street exit. Turn left on Pine Street and travel approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left (south) on Gilcrease Museum Road. The museum will be on your right after approximately 1/2 block.
Traveling east on I-244: Exit I-244 at the L.L. Tisdale Parkway. Turn left on Pine Street and travel approximately one mile. Turn left (south) on Gilcrease Museum Road. The museum will be on your right after approximately 1/2 block.
Traveling east or west on Oklahoma Highway 51-U.S. 64. Exit at Gilcrease Museum Road. Turn left and head north. Gilcrease Museum will be on your left in approximately one mile.
From any major north or south street in Tulsa: Go to Pine Street. Turn west and continue on Pine to Gilcrease Museum Road. Turn left (south) on Gilcrease Museum Road. The museum will be on your right after approximately 1/2 block.
Note: Highway construction around downtown Tulsa may require visitors to take alternate routes to reach the museum. The directions above reflect best routes to the museum. Please check back for most current travel information.
